office365 提示密钥集不存在

问题现象：outlook 不能正常收发邮件，office365弹出以下提示：

Something went wrong

Your computer’s Trusted Platform Module has malfunctioned. If this error persists, contact your system administrator with the error code 80090016.

Sever message: Keyset does not exist

原因：外部原因是微软账户问题导致。内部技术层面是office365的认证机制与设备的TPM信息变更导致。

解决：摘抄自https://www.thewindowsclub.com/fix-microsoft-teams-error-80090016

  1. Go to Windows Settings.
  2. Select Accounts.
  3. Scroll down to access Work or school tile.
  4. Choose an account to disconnect.
  5. Delete the folder with .AAD.BrokerPlugin_cw5n1h2txyewy entry.（ 
    C:\users\<user>\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.AAD.BrokerPlugin_cw5n1h2txyewy

    ）

  6. While trying to login again, select ‘No only want to login to this App’ button.
  7. Your problem should be fixed.
